- Atleast common knowledge at Jira, Confluence, Crowd, GitLab and Jenkins in general
- Knowledge of ITIL Framework
- Python/Shell/PowerShell/Groovy scripting

Your Mission
As a Support Engineer (all genders) you will be working on MBition’s Software Factory (SWF) - a large-scale CI/CD environment used to develop the whole Infotainment Platform, the car's Electronic Control Units and many other products, which together are the core of Mercedes-Benz cars. Software Factory is more than just a CI/CD environment. It provides standardization but is also flexible enough to cater for different needs. With the Software Factory, we continuously develop, integrate, deliver and deploy the mobility experience of the future to provide our end-users a fabulous experience. Your role includes:
